Are all Kissa Piroi garments 100% genuine hand-embroidery?
Yes, unequivocally. Every motif is hand-embroidered by certified rural craftswomen in Lucknow. We do not sell automated computer or Schiffli embroidery. Each garment includes our artisan hallmark seal and GI certification.
What are the standard delivery timelines across India?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Express courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery) deliver within 3–5 business days to metro cities and 4–7 business days to regional PIN codes with real-time tracking alerts.
What if the size doesn’t fit me perfectly?
If the size or fit is unsuitable, check the return window shown in your order details. Eligible returns can be requested from the delivered order in your account. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging; see our Return & Refund Policy for full terms.
How should I wash and care for my Chikankari outfits?
For cotton mulmul and modal pieces, gentle hand wash with mild liquid detergent in cold water is recommended. For pure silk, organza, and heavy pearl/mukaish embellishments, dry clean only. Always dry inside-out in shade to preserve the delicate stitches.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across all serviceable Indian PIN codes. We also accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, and Net Banking with zero extra convenience fees.
